Snickety Snack Bar

Let me introduce you to Kansas City’s First Mobile Snack Bar, The Snickety Snack Bar. After launching KC Cocktail Company and bartending many events throughout the years, I saw the need to create a fun snacking experience!

I wanted to create a unique set up that allows us to go into any setting, either big or small, or indoors or outdoors.

The Snickety Snack Bar has several different Bar Options, and each option has a ton of topping choices.

We offer a Baked Potato Bar, Mashed Potato Bar, Sweet and Salty Bar, or just the Sweet by itself or the Salty by itself, Hot Dog Bar, Pretzel Bar, Mini Pancake Bar, Fruit Bar or Yogurt Parfait Bar.

Craft Cocktail Creation Class

Do you love going out on the town and exploring the wonderful craft cocktail menus and wonder if you can make those at home? KC Cocktail Company offers Craft Cocktail Classes from 10-35 people.

We start off each class with a Delicious Welcome Craft Cocktail and then create 1-4 different cocktails, depending on your preference. Each participant also leaves with a recipe card for each cocktail we make, plus the welcome cocktail.

Learn to shake and mix like a pro, as well as understand the importance of garnishes and how they can elevate the flavor of the cocktail and the cocktail experience.

Pricing starts at $50 a person with a 15 person minimum. Contact us for more details and we can create a custom experience just for you and your group!

Champagne Wall

Do you want to add a little something fun to your event to add some flair?

 

You can rent out our Champagne Wall for $175 for the evening plus a small delivery fee, depending on distance. 

 

Provide us a little more info on your event and what your vision is, and we will create the perfect set up for you and your guests.

 

We can just drop off the wall by itself or if you would like a full Champagne wll package, we can provide the glassware and a wall attendant to serve.

Drop off rental of just the cart is $150 (up to 20 miles)

 

Cart drop off and filled with basic candies like M&Ms, reeces pieces, skittles, gummy bears, hot tamales etc $350

Cart drop off rental with upgraded candies like truffles, toffees, Andes mints, York peppermint Patties, chocolate covered almonds etc. $450

Cocktail Drop Off

Are you hosting a special event, but do not necessarily need a bartender and full bar. Maybe you are just looking for a craft cocktail or two.
We would love to be part of your event by creating a Pre-batched craft mocktail or two and drop them off to you and set them up on one of our cute carts. We will pick everything up later that night or the next day.

  1. Give us the details, such as the event date and number of guests.
  2. Phone Consultation to discuss your vision and flavor preferences for your batched cocktail. We can determine the key ingredients per your craft mocktail as well as the best batch size for your group.
  3. Create a custom proposal including both price and menu suggestions to email out. We ask for a 25% deposit to reserve your date. Deposit on this is fully refundable if cancellation occurs at a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event.
  4. Our Pre-batched cocktails are prepared within 24 hours prior to your event. We can prepare a shopping list for you to purchase the liquor required, or we can do the liquor run for an additional fee.

Love our Mocktails and would love to take some to go? Or maybe you would like to have some treats to give out to your friends or family at your party or event?  We can deliver up to 15 miles no extra charge. Any extra Delivery charge depends on distance.
